REFUND AND PRIVACY POLICY

All cancellations incur a 50 euro administration fee for each booked month.

Full payment needs to be paid 3 months before start of residency. If not paid and there is an outstanding application for the same booking residency we reserve the right to cancel your residency and book it to the outstanding applicant.

Cancellations received more than 90 days in advance of start date of residency will receive a complete refund excluding 50 euro administration fee for every booked month.

Cancellations received from 30 to 90 days in advance of start date of residency will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 30 days in advance of start date of residency will not receive a refund.

Privacy

Information gathered in the application is for communication purposes only regarding the application.

Gamli Skóli maintains the utmost confidentiality with customers and does not disclose personal information to third parties.

The old school uses the services of professionals regarding all data and payment services are through Landsbankinn and Verifone á Íslandi.

Note:

Prices may increase if booked far in advance. It is announced if a price increase is planned, and applicants are enabled to pay according to the price list when they applied. All bank fees incurred by a refund payment are borne by the beneficiary.

In understanding this policy:

To attend the residency some people need time and plan well in advance before attending Gamli skóli, we have to turn people away when we offer you your place and you confirm your stay with payment. Should you cancel with late notice, other artists who apply are stripped of this preparation time and even of the opportunity to attend.
